Bloomfield Hills Financial Stock to Scholarship Challenge

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Bloomfield Hills Financial Stock to Scholarship Challenge!!

Last year, over 600 students from 72 area high schools competed in the inaugural Bloomfield Hills Financial Stock to Scholarship Challenge. Returning competitors will be excited to see our new and improved website.

Each student is given access to an online investment account pre-funded with $100,000 in “play money” which can be used to purchase various stocks and mutual funds. The participants can place trades in their portfolios at will. The goal is to amass more “money” in their account than any other participants. The top three students who accrue the most wealth by the end of the contest will be awarded money for their college education.

Scholarships will be awarded to the top three winners, including a Grand Prize of a $5,000. All prizes will be deposited in a Michigan 529 account that can be used towards college expenses.
