Hit the Trail for National Walking Day April 3rd

Oakland Township The American Heart Association is
sponsoring National Walking Day on April 3rd as part of their national healthy living initiative.
National Walking Day encourages walking as the exercise of choice because it has the lowest dropout rate of any physical activity.

For residents of the greater Rochester area taking a brisk walk in the fresh air is as easy as heading to the Paint Creek Trail.  For thirty years the Paint Creek Trail has offered our community year round opportunities for heart healthy exercise.
