AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Baker College of Auburn Hills will hold its 2014 Financial Aid Workshop, 9:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, March 29, at the main campus, 1500 University Drive, Auburn Hills. The workshop is free of charge and open to all high school seniors and their families, regardless of whether or not the students have identified their college of choice. Reservations are limited.
The event is designed to help attendees understand the various types of financial aid and to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2014-2015 academic year. Statistics show that students who complete and submit FAFSA forms are more likely to go to college.
Multiple door prizes and scholarships will be available.

10-11:30 a.m. Financial Aid Workshop
11:30 a.m. - noon Individual advising and optional campus tours
Financial aid officers will conduct the workshop, providing a profile and explanation of the various types of financial aid. Detailed instructions for completing the online FAFSA form will be part of the workshop. Admissions advisors will also be available to answer questions and offer information about Baker College of Auburn Hills.
If possible, students and parents should bring their 2013 federal and state 1040 tax returns, W-2 form and untaxed income amounts (such as ADC, SSI, child support, etc.)
