Basics of Birding for Adults

Birding is one of the fastest growing hobbies in America! Come find out what all the fuss is about! We'll learn about the more common birds in the township you are likely to see at our parks and in our backyards, but birding is about much more that identification. Get an introduction to the behavior, migration and habitat that open the door to an incredible lifelong learning opportunity! We'll also share details on how to use one of the essential tools of birding...binoculars. (Bring along your own pair if you have them or we will have a few on hand to share). Participation in this program also qualifies you for our upcoming more advanced birding walks and events.
