Patch Blogger Launches New Personal Training Website

The new website includes information about personal trainer and wrestling coach Dan Sabin's personal training businesses.

I’ve just launched my new website: Sabin Personal Training.

I hope you’ll find this page helpful and informative when pursuing a better life through fitness. I wanted to take a few moments to highlight each page.

Home. Nothing more than a basic welcome message with how to contact me.  You’ll also find some information at the bottom about the best nutritional supplements around.

About Me. This page explains my path to where I am today and why I love fitness.

Services. This page breaks down each service I offer: Private Training (1-2 people per session), Semi-Private Training (3-5 people per session), and Boot Camp.

Articles. This page will contain all my articles in one spot, with links back to the original website they were posted on.

Contact Me. This page is self explanatory, but here you’ll find my phone number, my Facebook pate, and a form to contact me via email.

Videos. This page is still under works, but will contain inspirational videos, exercise demonstrations, and other useful videos that I think people will find useful.

Store. This page contains an online store. Right now the products are based on what you’d need/want in order to attend my boot camp. It also has a section for fitness/nutritional books.

Resources. This page contains other resources that I think people looking to improve their health may need.  Currently, I’ve uploaded a Workout Log to help you track each of your workouts, a Workout Calendar for October that will help you plan your workouts and track your weight, and a buyer’s guide with information on certain nutritional supplements.  More resources will be uploaded and if you have any recommendations I’d love to hear them.

E-Newsletter. This page is for signing up for my monthly newsletter.  In it you’ll get two articles minimum relating to fitness & nutrition, an exclusive offer on my services or others changing monthly, and more.
