Canines show their colors at the Doggie Tailgating Party

All dogs are invited to show their colors at a Doggie Tailgating Party at Orion Oaks Dog Park, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18

All dogs are invited to show their colors at a Doggie Tailgating Party at Orion Oaks Dog Park, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, the weekend before the University of Michigan/Michigan State football game.


Canines are encouraged to show team spirit by dressing in blue or green. Football-themed activities will include contests such as best furry fan, best furry cheerleader and best furry fan and owner team. Tailgating food will be available for purchase.


This Oakland County Parks and Recreation event is free with park entry. A valid daily or annual vehicle permit (available at the park) is required.
