Clean-Up Planned in Clinton River Watershed
Some kayaks and canoes will be provided, along with other gear, but volunteers may also bring their own.
A river clean-up activity is planned for Wednesday, June 30, in the Clinton River Watershed.
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 30, on Lake Sixteen at the Orion Oaks County Park boat launch.
Some kayaks and canoes, along with gloves and life preservers, will be available for use, or bring your own kayak or canoe. Dress for the weather and the water.

Orion Oaks County Park is located at 2301 W. Clarkston Road in Lake Orion. Meet at the Orion Oaks boat launch on Joslyn Road.
The event is free, presented by Oakland County Parks and the Clinton River Watershed Council. All volunteers must fill out a waiver.
