Deaf Awareness & Compliance Training for Public Safety and Law Enforcement Personnel

Friday, February 15th, 1-3pm

Join us as we help you to meet the unique needs of the Deaf Community.  We will talk about; The Americans with Disabilities Act, Michigan PA 204, statistics, strategies to communicate in an emergency, including a few simple signs, technology that this population uses and how to find and work with a Sign Language Interpreter.
