Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in the Dragon Dash 8K Run & Walk.
Both runners and walkers will follow a course from Civic Center Park and run around Lake Voorheis south toward Cedar Key Drive.
Registration begins at 7 a.m. at Civic Center Park. Cost to participate is $15 per person or $10 for students who show an ID. No shirts will be distributed to people who didn't pre-register for the event.
