Phragmites Workshop

The Oakland Phragmites and Invasive Species Task Force is hosting two Phragmites workshops in May. This workshop is presented by Ernie Kafcas, phragmites consultant and retired MDNR wildlife biologist.


Event is geared at homeowners, homeowner associations and business property manager where Phragmites is a concern in wetland and retention pond areas.

A similar event will take place at 4480 Orion Road in Oakland Township on May 9 at 7pm where Bob Williams will be speaking. It is open to residents of Oakland Township and immediate communities.
