
The Orion Library is participating in Everyone's Reading, a community-wide reading program in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties February 5 through March 14, to promote dialogue through the shared experience of reading and discussing the same book. This year's selection is The Paris Wife, by Paula McLain.
McLain will be giving two author presentations on Tuesday, March 6 at 2:00p at the West Bloomfield Township Library and at 7:00p at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI. Orion Library card holders only can request up to 2 tickets per cardholder on a first come first serve basis at the adult reference desk.

In addition, there will be a Hemingway in Michigan traveling exhibit on display at the Orion Library from Saturday, February 24 through Wednesday, March 7. Frank Boles of the Clarke Historical Library will do a presentation about Hemingway's life in Michigan on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:00p at the Orion Library. No registration required.
