January 13 Oakland Township Board meeting has potential to be "explosive" meeting

Many unilateral unauthorized actions taken by Oakland Township Supervisor Terry Gonser since taking office in November of 2012 have caused significant conflict among the Township Board members. Those actions may have reached a point where the Township Board members have ‘had enough’ of his authoritarian actions outside his defined responsibilities.

There are several agenda items on the January 13 Oakland Township Board meeting that will make some of his recent actions visible to the public. He appears to be counter attacking by proposing a resolution to increase the authority of the Supervisor position in 2016.
