There aren’t many vocalists who can wring every bit of lonesome out of a note like Junior Sisk. Sisk’s soulful, heartfelt vocals earned him the 2013 IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year award. They have also helped him, along with his band Ramblers Choice featuring musicians Jonathan Dillon, mandolin; Jason Davis, banjo; Jamie Harper, fiddle; and Noah Brown, bass earn a number of other awards over the past several years, including 2014 SPBGMA Bluegrass Band of the Year.

The album also debuted at number two on the Billboard bluegrass chart.
What does John Lawless of Bluegrass Today say about the singing of Junior Sisk? "He is a treasure, a direct connection to the type of bluegrass that The Stanley Brothers recorded in the early days. Old time bluegrass isn't going anywhere."
