Lake Orion Cheer Team Headed to Regionals, At Home, Next Week

The Lake Orion High School cheerleaders placed third in the MHSAA District competition Saturday, advancing the Dragons to the regional meet next weekend at home.

Along with Lake Orion, three teams from Rochester advanced: Rochester, Stoney Creek and Adams high schools.

All three teams will compete on Saturday at Lake Orion High School for a spot in the state finals. Like the district meet, the top four teams from the regional meet will go to state.
