The Lil’ Kickers program at Great Lakes Golf and
Sports Complex in Auburn Hills will host a fall open house Sept. 7 from 10
a.m.-1 p.m. Lil’ Kickers is a child development program based around the game of
soccer for children ages 18 months to 9 years old. Developed by soccer professionals
working alongside child development experts, Lil’ Kickers classes promote physical activity
in a social and non-competitive environment while fostering positive
self-esteem and accomplishment.
At
the open house, new customers will get the chance to try out one of the classes
for free. Classes include Bunnies (18-24 months, parent/child class), Thumpers
(2-3 years, beginner, parent/child class), Cottontails (2.5 years-3.5 years,
intermediate, parent/child class), Hoppers (3 -4 years, beginner), Jackrabbits
(3 -4 years, intermediate), Big Feet (5 -6 years, beginner) and Micro Classes
(4-9 years, intermediate/advanced).
The
open house will take place at Great Lakes Golf and Sports Complex (sports dome
next to Great Lakes Crossing), located at 3951 Joslyn Rd., Auburn Hills. For
