Native American Corn Harvest Family Program

Fall is harvest season. Come join us on the farm to learn more about the corn grown by the early Native Americans of our area. We'll hear some great stories that showcase the importance of the corn harvest, check out different types of corn, and grind some corn. We'll also use some beautiful varieties of Indian corn to make a spectacular wreath you can use for your fall decoration. We'll have a campfire going where we can pop some corn for our snack and take a short hike to explore the harvest-history of Cranberry Lake Farm. All ages.
$3.00 for residents, $5.00 for non-residents
Call 248-651-7810 to register by October 7th.
