Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants are committed to helping individuals live life to it's fullest.

Occupational Therapy’s Role in Managing Arthritis.
An estimated 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 250 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with arthritis annually (referenced from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Did you know that occupational therapists can help?
Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants are committed to helping individuals live life to it’s fullest. An OT will perform an evaluation to help a client determine what their needs and goals are. Our OT’s will develop a treatment plan that may include a custom orthosis, therapeutic exercises to assist with gentle strengthening and improvement in ROM, education on how to manage edema and pain, instructions on joint protection techniques for daily activities, and education on assistive devices to make everyday chores and tasks easier.
