Orion Library Offers Patrons New Online Resources

Available now!

The Orion Township Public Library is excited to offer library patrons new online resources this year. Kanopy, a new collection of over 30,000 films and documentaries, and Creativebug, which contains over 1,000 art and craft video classes, is accessible 24/7 at orionlibrary.org/resources-a-z for patrons with a library card.

Patrons can checkout up to four films or documentaries per month from Kanopy plus six hoopla checkouts for a total of ten downloadable items per month. E-books and e-audiobooks are accessible from Overdrive, and e-magazines from RB Digital.

In addition, there are many new online databases for patrons through Michigan eLibrary (MeL). These include resources like MyHeritage for genealogy, LearningExpress Library for additional online learning, and many new business resources. For more information visit orionlibrary.org/resources-by-subject.
