Spring Cleaning

Instead of doing all the tasks on your to-do list at once, spread them out and alternate between tasks that use different parts of the body.

Spring Cleaning:
Instead of spending all weekend on a long to-do list full of big projects, pace yourself and spread your list out over 2 weeks. Alternate tasks that stress different parts of your body. If you are cleaning ceiling fans in the morning, give those shoulders a break and spend the afternoon cleaning out a dresser drawer.
