The North Oakland Concert Band presents "Inspirations"

If you are looking for relief for winter "blahs" or are longing for an afternoon filled with stimulating music, come to the North Oakland Concert Band’s winter concert, Inspirations. This program will feature the winners of the NOCB’s Concerto Competition. Remarkably, this year's winners are twins: bassoonist Noelle Harrity and clarinetist Jonathan Harrity, both seniors at Troy High School. In addition to two works that will display the outstanding talent of the young soloists, director Annette Kline will conduct the kind of high energy music for concert band that is the NOCB’s hallmark. The concert is free to all. Donations will be gratefully accepted.
