The Michigan Philharmonic will put on a free outdoor event, at Kellogg Park, on June 28, 2014. This event is a summertime pops concert saluting our veterans and celebrating our nation and its culture, with a dynamic tapestry of patriotic favorites along with Broadway and movie music. This evening will include music from a variety of artists, including the great Louie Armstrong, Chuck Mangione and some of the greatest hits from Journey. This evening will also conclude with a blockbuster performance of Tchaikovsky’s classic 1812 Overture! Hope to see you there!
