Arbor Hospice 30th Anniversary/Annual Meeting
Arbor Hospice celebrates a milestone anniversary during its annual meeting

Arbor Hospice will be “Living with Purpose” as the nonprofit celebrates its milestone 30th anniversary of providing dignity, comfort and peace to individuals at end-of-life during its annual meeting held on Thursday, Oct. 23 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Kensington Court Hotel, 610 Hilton Boulevard in Ann Arbor.
Staff, volunteers, board members and community members will enjoy a strolling dinner and be joined by keynote speaker Victor J. Strecher, University of Michigan professor and author of “On Purpose: Lessons in Life & Health From the Frog, Dung Beetle & Julia,” written after the loss of his 19 year old daughter to a rare heart disease. During his keynote speech, Strecher will share his story of life, death, health and living with purpose.
