Serial Robbery Suspect in Clown Mask ‘Extremely Dangerous’: FBI
FBI has joined search for a suspected serial robber who wore Halloween-type pumpkin and clown masks in hold-ups across southeast Michigan.
MICHIGAN — The FBI has entered the search for a man accused of putting on clown and pumpkin-head masks and committing a terrifying crime spree across several southeast Michigan counties. Todd Raymond Keith, 37, is a person of interest several armed robberies, and a $1,500 reward is being offered for his arrest and capture, according to a news release.
Keith, who authorities described as “extremely dangerous,” has already been charged with two counts of bank robbery in connection with a Sept. 30 armed robbery of the Chase Bank and an Oct 3 bank robbery at Key Bank, both in Ypsilanti.
Now, police are looking at him as a person of interest in armed robberies Thursday at an Embassy Suites hotel in Livonia and Days Inn hotel in Plymouth, a Walgreens store in Brownstown Township and a carjacking of a black Lexus in Madison Heights.

At least two guests at the Embassy Suites were robbed, as was a desk clerk, authorities said. The attempted robbery at the Days Inn was unsuccessful. In the Walgreens robbery, the suspect was wearing a clown mask pointed a gun at the clerk and brandished it the direction of several customers, police have said.
Keith was last seen driving the Lexus, which has Michigan registration plate BGQ815 in Tiffin, Ohio.

Keith is a white male, approximately 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants.
