Beer and Barbecue Fans Will Love this Event

Beverages, food, entertainment and free parking offered at museum beer-tasting party.

Several southeast Michigan breweries are featured at the Dearborn Historical Museum’s third annual beer tasting and barbecue fundraiser later this month.

The event takes place from 5-11p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at the McFadden ross House grounds, 915 Brady St. The $10 admission ticket includes a souvenir glass mug and one free glass of beer, wine or root beer.

Participating vendors include New Belgium Brewing, West Side Beer Distributing, Deschutes Brewery, LaBatt Blue, Perrin Brewing Company, Seagram’s Premium Wine Cooler, Bud Light, Roak Brewing Co., A&W Root Beer, and Perrin Brewing Company.

Food will be available from Smokey Rhodes BBQ, Rolling Stone Fired Pizza and the Rolling Stoves Food Truck, and live entertainment by Junction Groove will round out the night.

Free parking is at the museum and Ford Field Park. There is a free shuttle service to and from Ford Field.
