The NFL franchise tag keeps players who are unrestricted free agents committed to their current team for an additional year at a salary that’s more than the player’s current rate. The Lions, however, are still negotiating with Suh on the terms of a new contract, the report stated.

The group who put up these billboards also is the same group responsible for the “Detroit Lyin’ “ billboards that went up earlier this year, the report stated.
