Canola oil was developed as an industrial lubricant. 2. Wash, repeat, rinse. Soak your veggies and fruits in vinegar to remove waxes and coatings, then wash with mild soap. Rinse well! 3. Avoid sugar. 4. Eat more fiber. 5. Drink more spring water, tap and purified have fluoride which attracts metals like aluminum and both are found in the brains of Alzheimer's patients.
