Concealed Security Undefeated Heading into Championship Phase
Area team wins five straight to earn bye.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Playing in a number of big time tournaments over the years has paid off for the Dodgers of Michigan. The Livonia team has moved into the bracket phase of the MCYSA/USSSA 15U Summer International Championship with a 5-0 record and a first-round bye.
"We've played some good tournaments," manager Steve Tallman said. "We were in Puerto Rico and out in Arizona."
The MCYSA tournament is held in Crystal Lake, IL, and hosts more than 100 teams from the United States, Brazil, Japan, Mexico and more.

Concealed has outscored its opponents by more than seven runs a game. The team is averaging an unbelievable 11 runs a game, second in the 15-and-Under pool, and is only giving up less than four runs per contest.
"We're playing good ball right now. It's great to see," Tallman said.

Concealed will next play at 5 p.m. Wednesday against the winner of the Crystal Lake Bombers/Livingston Storm.
Concealed Security Systems, the team's sponsor, is based in Plymouth.
