FARBMAN GROUP TO DONATE PORTION OF OCTOBER GARDEN COURT CONDOMINIUMS SALES TO BARBARA ANN KARMANOS CANCER INSTITUTE

Donation effort aimed at raising awareness of breast cancer awareness month

Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that for each unit sold during the month of October at the company’s Garden Court Condominiums Detroit, they will donate $5,000 to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute in honor of breast cancer awareness month. Andrew Gutman, president of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

A historic building designed by Albert Kahn, Garden Court Condominiums offers one, two, three and four bedroom living options, offering a variety of spacious floor plans from 700 to 3,400 square feet ranging from $80,000-$390,000.

“We continue to see great interest in this property, which offers an unmatched opportunity to experience our vibrant city in a historic building with spectacular views near convenient and quality amenities, as the surge of individuals wanting to live in the city of Detroit continues,” said Gutman. “To show our support for breast cancer awareness month, we could not think of a better way to do our part for this important cause than to donate a portion of sales to such a deserving and respected organization.”
