Fire Burns Down Canton Car Wash, Oil Change Shop
Officials are investigating the cause of the blaze, but they don't consider it suspicious.

Fire destroyed a Canton car wash and oil change shop Monday night, according to a Hometown Life report.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire, but they don’t believe it was started under suspicious circumstances, the report stated.
The blaze at Canton City Car Wash, 5790 N. Canton Center Road, began at about 5:30 p.m. inside the building’s attic, the report stated. Firefighters had the blaze under control by 7:30 p.m., and they continued to watch for hot spots until about 2:30 a.m., the report added. Traffic along North Canton Center Road also was closed until about 11:30 p.m., according to the report.

Several employees were working at the time the fire broke out, but they escaped unharmed, the report stated.
