The World Health Organization recognizes April 7th as World Health Day to promote awareness of health as a worldwide concern. On this date the WHO was founded, and continues to educate on disease to all populations. To join them in this pursuit, for one day Softstone Yoga will invite the community to learn more about the ancient wellness practice of yoga.
Traditional yogis knew that their practices were a means to promote optimum wellness in the body, mind, emotions and spirit. That knowledge has been passed down through the ages through sages, leaders, and instructors who have found deep healing, restoration, vitality, and wholeness through physical postures, breathing and meditation.
For most of the day on April 7th, Softstone Yoga will have classes that educate on how yoga helps with specific health concerns, meditation, and overall improvement of our health and vitality. See the schedule of FREE CLASSES at softstoneyoga.com.
