Join Busch's Fresh Food Market for an eclectic cooking presentation of wonderful French family favorites. Brigitte Romero is our special guest chef for the evening. Brigitte was born and raised near Paris, France and comes from a family of caterers, pastry chefs and chocolate crafters. She loves sharing her passion for traditional French cuisine as well as the joys of a beautiful French dinner experience. She is the owner of France Cuisine LLC, a personal chef service in Ann Arbor, and has been a cooking instructor for several years.
During her cooking demonstration, Brigitte will prepare three simple dishes and help answer the question, "how different can a carrot salad be?" Be sure to join us for a fun-filled evening complete with tasty samples of each dish presented.
