The holes are between Dearborn and Springwells. Ford Street (M-85) is a suggested alternative route, The Detroit News reports.

MDOT spokeswoman Diane Cross said one of the holes is located on the right lane at Dearborn Street, and a second hole is located in the center lane just north of the first one.
