Looking For Authentic Homemade Pasta? Pasta e' Pasta Provides Old World Tastes
The Chesterfield Township pasta company has been a regular at the Plymouth Farmers Market for 3 years
The Pasta e' Pasta company may be less than 20 years old, but its old world products date back much farther than that.
The Chesterfield Township business stemmed out of Carlo De Angelis' pasta passion for offering authentic pastas based on a recipe his mother passed down to him in 1950s.
De Angelis made the pasta as a hobby before his daughter, Carla, convinced him in 1992 that he could sell the finished project in a business setting.

Pasta e' Pasta offers several varieties of pastas including ravioli, gnocci, lasagna, rotini and other freshly-made noodles as well as jarred and frozen sauces that also come from De Angelis family recipes.
