P-CCS Parents / Guardians: During these unprecedented times for our school community, it is more important than ever to hear from our parents and guardians about what we can do to best support your student(s). We ask that you take a few moments to fill out this brief P-CCS Home Learning Family Check-In Survey. Your feedback is essential to ensure that, with this new way of learning, we continue to provide high-quality experiences for P-CCS students so they can continue to thrive.

If you have more than one student enrolled in the district, and they are at different schools and/or programs, please fill out one survey for each student, as your feedback may vary.

Your responses are anonymous and confidential. The overall findings and feedback from this survey will help identify what district supports are effective and which areas our students and families may need additional support during this time. As a district, we are always striving towards continuous improvement.
