P-CCS Middle School, High School, and Post-Secondary Students:
During these challenging times for our school community, it is more important than ever to hear from you about what we can do to best support your learning. Starting next week, we ask that you take a few moments to fill out a brief P-CCS Home Learning STUDENT Check-In Survey. Your feedback is essential to ensure that, with this new way of learning, we continue to provide all students with high-quality experiences so you can continue to thrive.

Our Home Learning FAMILY Check-In Survey (for parents and guardians) is still available and will remain open until Tuesday, May 19, at 11:59 p.m. EST. We welcome all parents and guardians who have yet to complete this survey to do so before Tuesday’s deadline.
Your responses are anonymous and confidential. The overall findings and feedback from this survey will help identify what we are doing that is effective and which areas you might need additional support during this time. As a district, we are always striving towards continuous improvement.
Students, thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey! We look forward to the day we can welcome you all back to school for in-person learning. Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay connected.
We are P-CCS Strong!
