Rec 101: Intro to Fly Fishing

Learn how to fly fish for free on June 6th!

Participants will receive a history lesson on the sport of fly fishing, what type of gear is used, learn different casting techniques and possibly tie a simple bluegill fly. Tons of hands-on practice with a fly rod, then afterwards, we'll head on over to Silver Lake to try out what you learned.

This is an excellent program sponsored by Schultz Outfitters of Ypsilanti.
