The PARC committee held a information meeting at the Penn theater last Monday, Jan 27, 2014. The weather was terrible, the people still came, and the audience was surprisingly large. There were more Plymouth Twp residents at this meeting then City of Plymouth residents. Majority of the people were upset with Four Trustees in the Township. Listen to the speakers in this video.
