TEAM SCHOSTAK FAMILY RESTAURANTS HIRING MORE THAN 130 EMPLOYEES FOR MICHIGAN EXPANSION OF MOD PIZZA

Restaurant group looking to build MOD Squad for MOD Pizza locations across metro Detroit

LIVONIA, Mich., August 20, 2015—TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants (TSFR), a Michigan-based family-owned restaurant group with an expansive portfolio of casual, quick service and family dining restaurants throughout the state, is looking to hire 134 employees for their MOD Pizza restaurants as they expand the brand across metro Detroit. TSFR Brand Leader of MOD Pizza Jake Schostak made the announcement.

With plans to have five locations in operations by the end of the year, TSFR recently opened its first MOD Pizza restaurant in Livonia, Mich. As the brand continues to expand into Northville and Rochester in the coming months, TSFR will look to the local metro Detroit residents to fill a number of manager and hourly positions for all three of its MOD Pizza locations. Prospective candidates, in addition to being friendly, hard-working individuals with a desire to build a positive dining experience for guests, must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

“The rapid expansion of MOD Pizza has given us a great opportunity to bring jobs that offer room for personal growth and advancement to people in the local communities,” said Schostak. “MOD Pizza is a fun and unique concept that offers those with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment a memorable experience in a welcoming atmosphere.”

Based in Seattle, MOD’s individual artisan-style pizzas are made on demand, using organic fresh-pressed dough and signature sauces, including MOD red sauce and MOD white sauce. Guests can create their own pizzas and salads, using any combination of 30 fresh-featured toppings, or they can choose from a menu of MOD classics. Each pizza is hand-cooked in an 800 degree oven in less five minutes or less and salads are hand-tossed in front of the customer. MOD also serves local draft beers, wine, handspun milkshakes, and house-made lemonades and iced teas.
