Who Orchestrated Mystery of Piano Found in Canton?
A piano — a large grand piano — showed up as if by magic at a Canton construction site.

Canton officials want to know who orchestrated a major mystery.
A grand piano showed up at a construction site earlier this week and no one seems to know exactly how it got there, or why it was abandoned. Its lid was propped open like an invitation to passing pianists.
“I’ve moved a piano before. It wasn’t even a grand piano, but it was very heavy,” Canton staff engineer Charles Laroque told The Canton Observer.

A Stante Excavating Co. crew found the piano Monday morning when they showed up the site being prepared for a new subdivision off Ridge Road, between Cherry Hill and Proctor.
It wasn’t in shape for Carnegie Hall, though.
