• Brinker: Building Where It All Began (oaklandcountyblog.com) — New parking garages rising in downtown Pontiac are central to a broader county-led redevelopment effort aimed at boosting local businesses and everyday convenience for residents. Led by Brinker Group, whose roots began in Pontiac, the 15-level structures will add nearly 1,300 parking spaces and symbolize a homecoming for the family-owned, Black-led construction firm now reinvesting in the city's future.
