House Fires

Two house fires in less than two weeks have been caused by down power wires, I myself am scared to death of the power lines coming down in my backyard. My wife works from home and we have 3 pets that live in our house, who knows which power line is next to come down and whose house is next to catch fire. What is the City of Royal Oak doing to pressure DTE ENERGY to help prevent these accidents, anything? Nobody wants to be the next victim of these dangerous power lines coming down, we need preventive maintenance for once from DTE rather than always getting reactive action. To the City whom is supposed to be there to protect its citizen, please inform us how you are making our city a safer, by holding DTE Energy’s feet to the fire.. Secure our power lines or figure out a way to bring them under ground. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE ANY LONGER IN MY HOUSE AS LONG AS THESE POWER LINES HANGING AND WAITING FALL.
