** If you miss this opportunity to apply for health insurance during Open Enrollment (Nov. 15th - Feb. 14th), you will NOT be allowed to purchase again until the next Open Enrollment with your effective date beginning in January of the following year.
** Even if you currently have a qualified plan or a plan from your employer, you can still make changes during ”Open Enrollment“ to another company and one of the choices could be with “HealthPlus of Michigan” plans .
