Nominations Open for Elite 40 Under 40

Awards program celebrates "the brightest and the best" of Oakland County's young leaders.

Nominations are being accepted for Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson’s Elite 40 Under 40 Class of 2016.

The annual recognition, established by Patterson in 2012, honors entrepreneurs, community leaders, teachers and others who excel in their careers and have made significant contributions to the quality of life in Oakland County and the region.

“We found 160 exceptional women and men in our first four classes and I’m confident we have not exhausted the supply of young leaders in the area,” Patterson said in a statement. “There are so many talented people who are impacting Oakland County and the region everyday with their ideas, their work and their passion.
