"Royal Oak’s Nature Parks Through the Eyes of Botanists” speaker program is being held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2014 beginning 7:30 pm at the Royal Oak Middle School (709 N. Washington). Join Don and Joyce Drife, Royal Oak Nature Society botanists, as they share the flora and fauna of Cummingston Park and Tenhave Woods. These two oases in the urban desert harbor a diverse assemblage of organisms. The restoration work at the Royal Oak Arboretum will also be highlighted.
