Teen Henna Tattoo program at the Royal Oak Public Library

Henna tattoo artist Angel Shah returns to the Royal Oak Public Library on Thursday, July 24 at 6:30 pm. Middle and high school students are invited to choose a Mehendi henna tattoo design from Angel’s portfolio or use their own. Registration and signed permission slips (available at ropl.org or the Youth Services Desk) are required.

Registration is limited to 28. Visit ropl.org or call the Youth and Teen Services at 248-246-3725 to sign up for this free program.
