7th Annual Bocce with the Brothers Fundraiser
Tickets now on sale for an evening of live entertainment, bocce ball with Capuchin Brothers

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., Jan. 15, 2019–Shelving, Inc., a second-generation family-owned provider of corporate and consumer shelving and storage solutions, will sponsor the seventh annual Bocce with the Brothers fundraiser on Friday, January 25 at Villa Penna in Sterling Heights from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m., with 100 percent of the proceeds going directly towards supporting the Capuchin Ministries. Mike Schodowski, vice president of sales for Shelving, Inc., made the announcement.
Now in its seventh successful year, Bocce with the Brothers is back for an evening filled with unlimited bocce ball, live music and entertainment from the Capuchin Choir, a buffet dinner and a silent auction for attendees to enjoy. New to the event this year will be a delicious dessert assortment provided by On the Rise Bakery Café, a program of the Capuchin Soup Kitchen that employs those who have been released from prison or who have completed a substance abuse program and are trying to get back on their feet. Speed painter Dave Santia will also create several works of original art to be sold to the highest bidder during a live auction after dinner. Brothers of the Capuchin Ministries will be in attendance at the event to mingle with guests and play Bocce Ball.
“Bocce with the Brothers provides a unique and rare opportunity for attendees to interact with the Capuchin Brothers and learn more about their mission,” said Schodowski. “Giving back is a critical part of our corporate philosophy, so we are proud to share that Shelving, Inc. underwrites the entire event so that 100 percent of the proceeds go directly to the Capuchin Ministries and the various life-changing programs they provide to those in need.”
