• Senior Services of Van Buren County excited to see affordable housing project move forward (wsjm.com) — State funding has cleared the way for Sunset Grove, a 42-unit senior apartment complex planned next to the Senior Services center on LaGrange Street in South Haven Township. Run with nonprofit Samaritas, the building will mix subsidized and market-rate units, with a fund to keep lower-income apartments affordable for decades. Construction is expected to start in about ten months, with move-ins targeted for 2028.
