BAKER COLLEGE OF ALLEN PARK HONORS GRADUATES SATURDAY, JUNE 8 -- Largest graduating class in Allen Park campus history

A record 530 graduates from Baker College of Allen Park will be honored at commencement ceremonies, 2 p.m., Saturday, June 8, at Compuware Arena, 14900 Beck Road, Plymouth Township. Keynote speaker is Tonya Allen, COO of the Skillman Foundation, a private grant-making foundation focused on developing good schools and neighborhoods for children. She is the architect of the Foundation’s 10-year, $100-million Good Neighborhoods program. Allen is slated to become president of the foundation in January 2014. Jamie Peterson of Roseville, who is graduating with an associate degree in nursing, will address the class of 2013.
