WARREN, MI — A Warren man is in trouble after spray-painting swastikas and other racist graffiti on multiple Macomb County buildings in 2021, according to federal officials.

David Bluer, 33, was charged with one count of damaging a religious property and one count of interfering with federally protected activities. He faces a maximum penalty of one year in prison for each misdemeanor charge.
