St. Clair Shores Realtors to Hold Community Open House

Local real estate related businesses in St. Clair Shores are coming together Sunday for the annual Community Open House.
Nearly 40 homes throughout the city are scheduled to be shown Sunday for the annual event, which is designed to showcase the city to prospective home buyers.
Those interested in visiting the homes can visit St. Clair Shores City Hall between noon and 5 p.m. Sunday to receive a list of homes available.
Prospective buyers will be able to visit City Hall to speak with real estate agents from Keller Williams, Re/Max and Real Estate One and receive a list of homes for sale.
If these people find a home, representatives from appraisals and mortgage companies will be available for prospective buyers. 
Additionally at City Hall, they can enter to win a free home inspection, worth up to $350, and can receive up to $500 off closing costs for a mortgage through Ross Mortgage.
